Diversity policy

Radio Pella respects the standards of equality, justice and opportunity for all. The media team puts the differences from national, religious, gender, sexual orientation, and all the others, at the level of non-discrimination, tolerance of different views and opinions. Our journalistic stories are based on the transmission of different opinions and views on the principle of tolerance and freedom of expression.

Respect for the principles of freedom of expression, freedom of speech, primarily different opinions and ideas, but in a wider context also a variety of cultural aspects and expressions.

In addition, as a medium through our educational content, we encourage the audience to positively evaluate the differences. The program concept includes a multiethnic and multicultural community.
